When trying to update Photoshop (v23.0.2) to v23.1 oder LRC v11.0.1 to v11.1 on a Windows 11 System it always says that I should downgrade to Windows 10 1607 or higher. It seems that there is a bug in the installer! However the second time I did NOT install the Adobe software, and the system ran fine for a couple of months. The issue is most likely with the specific way the Surface Pro version of Windows 11 is set up.
