Flashing glow plug indicates failed turbo actuator. The actuator arm rests pointing at the back of the car. When it runs it move around pointing at the front end of the car. When the coil light flashes, leave the engine running and check the actuator arm position. Knocking/rattling noise coming from the driver's side of the engine.No clue what it is. Hrinp72.
