The discontinued RS series offered a 180/60-17 which profiled superior on a 5.5 wheel compared to a 190/55-17 the GP series replace. With the GP series being more directed as a sport and trackday tire, the 180/60-17 should have continued.
At speeds of 30 km/h with a vertical load of 50kg, the Power Cupās rolling resistance was measured at between 12.7-12.8 watts (multiple tyres from each brand were tested).
The widest option is only 30mm, along with a 25mm and 28mm, and has an rrp of £66.99, so a little more expensive than the Michelins. Overall, the Michelin Power Road tyres are up there with the grippiest and fastest-rolling on the market. They are a pretty good price too when compared to their main rivals.
